As a retired Army veteran with over 18 years of service, my journey has been diverse—from various Army roles to leadership in the manufacturing world. But through it all, my true north has remained constant: people. They’ve been my compass, guiding me through every mission and challenge.
Early in my Army career, I discovered my purpose: to lead by serving others. It wasn’t about titles; it was about understanding the individuals in my charge, learning from them, and creating a path to success together. Whether in uniform or beyond, I’ve remained committed to this principle: People first. Always!
Now, on a mission after leaving the Army, I aim to make a difference. Whether it’s in someone’s career or personal life, I’m all about creating better paths. How? By showing genuine care, providing transparency, and equipping others with the tools they need to succeed.
As a seasoned recruiter with over a decade of experience—both in the Army and in Veterinary Medicine—I’ve always been in the people business. From childhood, I befriended everyone, regardless of their background. I listened to their stories, empathized with their struggles, and felt compelled to make a positive impact.
Being a devoted husband and father of four has taught me that life’s greatest joys come from lifting others up. My family—my wife’s unwavering support, my children’s laughter, their milestones—fuels my purpose.
But it doesn’t end there. This same mindset extends to everyone I serve. Whether in my role as a recruiter or a friend, I’m present. I listen, coach, and mentor. I hold people accountable because I’ve walked the path of resilience myself and will walk it with you as long as you believe. There is no other feeling in the world that can be had when you have weathered the storms, faced doubts, and pushed through obstacles and have witnessed the sweet taste of victory after a long hard-fought journey!!
Let’s ignite sparks of growth and celebrate shared triumphs of perseverance—one obstacle at a time!
